A well-established Bank with a strong presence across Asia Pacific. The team is looking for a junior Market Risk professional to support daily risk monitoring, reporting, and analysis across treasury and trading activities.

Your new role

• Prepare daily market risk reports, risk limit monitoring, and exception tracking
• Support VaR, stress testing, sensitivity analysis, and market risk analytics
• Monitor treasury and trading portfolios to ensure compliance with internal risk appetite and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with Front Office, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams on risk-related matters
• Assist in risk system enhancement, data reconciliation, and reporting automation projects
• Participate in policy reviews, risk governance initiatives, and ad hoc analysis

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, or related disciplines
• 1-3 years of experience in Market Risk, Treasury Risk, Risk Reporting, Product Control, or related banking functions
• Understanding of treasury products including FX, fixed income, derivatives, and interest rate products would be advantageous
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of VBA, Python, SQL, or risk systems is a plus
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
