About the Role
As a Finance professional, you will play a key role in supporting accounting and reporting activities across multiple EMEA countries. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams, contribute to critical financial processes, and gain exposure to a dynamic, multinational environment.
What You Will Do:
• Support the Finance Manager in delivering high-quality financial reporting and management information to both the client and CBRE leadership.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash flow information.
• Create and post journal entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain financial records and reporting trackers, ensuring data integrity across ERP systems.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to produce meaningful financial reports and insights.
• Prepare and review financial reporting packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to queries from management and vendors, providing support on financial and accounting matters.
• Support scenario planning activities (exit/maintain/grow models) and analyze business performance trends.
• Investigate and resolve accounting issues, identifying potential risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports to support client and business needs.
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, finance operations, financial planning, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Fluent English; Polish would be an asset.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (PeopleSoft or iScala preferred).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
